How does the DOJ work with State Attorneys General when cases involve Federal and State claims?

Trying a False Claims Act Case

I had the distinct honor of planning, serving on the faculty for, and attending the ABA National False Claims Act and Qui Tam Trial Institute on June 5-7. The Trial Institute was fun, interesting, engaging and illustrated the trying a False Claims Act case is not as hard it might appear.

Over the last several years, the number of False Claims Act cases filed, and settled, has continued to dramatically rise.
